- For existing customers go online to payment. Log in and change your account to autopay
- Autopay will start on the following billing cycle.
- Autopay will continue and be billed on the last day of you billing cycle
- To end your autopay dial 611 or *611 from your mobile device and choose option 3. You may also contact Plain Mobile at support@plainmobile.com
