How do I get my phone repaired?

If your phone breaks down, simply call 1-888-210-5468 or visit OnPoint Warranty to start your claim. We will direct you to the nearest authorized repair depot to get your device repaired.

Is there a deductible?

$0 Deductible.

When does coverage begin and how long is my phone covered?

Every device purchased through Plain Mobile comes with one year of mechanical breakdown and accidental damage coverage.

Do I need to have a copy of the original receipt for my phone?

Yes. Claims will need to be verified with a purchase receipt, so be sure to keep a copy or take a photo with your device for safe keeps.

Is Bounce transferable?

Yes. If you choose to sell or give away your device, you can also transfer the ownership of the warranty if you provide original proof of purchase to the new owner.

What if I am out of the country or not near an authorized repair facility?

You can get the device repaired yourself and submit the receipt for reimbursement. Please ensure you contact Bounce for authorization before you get your device repaired.
