Handset Warranty Device and Replacement Policy

Plain Mobile offers a standard warranty on all mobile devices purchased from our website. For our customers who need more than just a standard warranty we offer our Premium Bundle Plans.

Plain Mobile makes no guarantees that the Device purchased will work on any other carriers or networks. The Mobile Device you are purchasing has been specifically tested and approved for Plain Mobile and or Carrier Networks that provide service to Plain Mobile. No claims for refund will be allowed for customers trying to use the device on other networks.

 

All purchases are subject to the Plain Mobile Terms and Conditions.

 

Standard Warranty

All handsets purchased from Plain Mobile come with a standard 30-day warranty. This warranty covers any normal manufacturer defects to include:

Manufacturer Defects

Normal manufacturer defects may include some of the following issues:

Battery failure – Normal Battery failure not caused by customer or accidental damage.

Software issue – Mobile devices may encounter software issues.

Charging Port – Port damage not caused by customer or accidental damage.

Charging cable and cord – Cable or cord that malfunctions without any damage or fraying.

No service – Normal service issues not caused by customer or accidental damage.

Power issues – Normal power issues not caused by customers or accidental damage.

ISSUES THAT MAY NOT BE COVERED UNDER OUR STANDARD WARRANTY

Customer and Accidental Damage

  • Impact Drops – Devices that show sign of dropping or indentions on the housing. Impact drops may also create lcd issues such as flickering, bleeding, pixelation, discoloration. Impact can also affect the power and tuning or service on the mobile device.
  • Broken or Cracked Housing – Device has Broken Housing Parts, Cracks, or in the glass or screen of the mobile device.
  • Liquid Damage – Device shows signs of liquid damage. Liquid damage is severe damage that normally affects the power and charging ports of the mobile device. Liquid damage may also affect the overall functionality of the device from power, lcd, charging, microphone, calling or other issues. Another common issue with liquid damaged phones is battery failure, battery life, battery charging and mobile device chargers.
  • Mobile Devices that show heavy wear, damaged port or other signs of neglect may be considered Customer and Accidental Damage.
  • Any defect beyond normal wear and tear or manufacture defect will not be covered.
